Most in-stock retail orders leave our Dallas warehouse within 1–3 business days. Transit time depends on the shipping method and destination. Larger wholesale or freight orders may need additional handling time.
We ship to any valid address in the US. We cannot ship to APO, FPO or DPO addresses at this time.
If you are a wholesale customer, after submitting your resale certificate or tax ID, you may purchase tax-free.
Many of our cast iron products come fully finished and sealed and will maintain their look for years. Our unfinished cast iron develops a natural rust patina over time, which can be a protective layer and aesthetic feature. For maintenance on all of our products: use a soft cloth for regular cleaning, apply a thin coat of oil or wax after cleaning to reduce moisture contact, store in a cool dry place, and gently remove unwanted rust with fine steel wool followed by a protective coating.
You can browse wholesale products without an account. When you are ready, complete the wholesale application. Approved retailers can sign in to view pricing and place orders.
Our products are primarily handcrafted from cast iron. We also offer select products in brass, bronze, copper, zinc, and other metal alloys. Finishes include natural iron, aged copper, distressed white, green bronze, and rustic brown.
Many of our garden products are intended for outdoor use. Exposure to moisture and weather can change the finish and may create a natural rust patina over time. Product pages note materials and finishes; contact us if you need care guidance for a specific SKU.
