Orders are usually processed the same day if placed and fully paid by 12:00 PM CST, otherwise the order ships the following business day. Larger wholesale orders shipping multiple cases or pallets may require a additional processing days (typically 1 - 3 days).
We ship to any valid address in the US. We cannot ship to APO, FPO or DPO addresses at this time.
If you are a wholesale customer, after submitting your resale certificate or tax ID, you may purchase tax-free.
Many of our cast iron products come fully finished and sealed and will maintain their look for years. Our unfinished cast iron develops a natural rust patina over time, which can be a protective layer and aesthetic feature. For maintenance on all of our products: use a soft cloth for regular cleaning, apply a thin coat of oil or wax after cleaning to reduce moisture contact, store in a cool dry place, and gently remove unwanted rust with fine steel wool followed by a protective coating.

Yes. Cast iron is naturally durable and weather-resistant. Our outdoor and garden products are designed to withstand the elements and will develop a beautiful patina over time if unfinished. Many customers appreciate this natural aging process as part of the product's character.
