Wholesale Opening Order 60-Day Buyback Guarantee

Iron & Blossom offers approved wholesale customers a one-time 60-Day Opening Order Buyback Guarantee on their first wholesale order placed directly through an approved wholesale account on ironandblossom.com. This program is intended to make it easier for first-time direct wholesale buyers to place an opening order with confidence.
1. Eligibility
This guarantee applies only to the first wholesale order placed directly with Iron & Blossom through an approved wholesale account on ironandblossom.com.
This guarantee is limited to one use per business, legal entity, ownership group, tax ID, billing account, and shipping location, as determined by Iron & Blossom in its sole discretion.
This guarantee does not apply to purchases made through Faire, third-party marketplaces, reps, custom quotes, OEM orders, private-label orders, special orders, pre-orders, pre-books, backorders, samples, display merchandise, closeouts, clearance items, discontinued items, or any other items designated as non-returnable, unless Iron & Blossom agrees otherwise in writing.
2. Buyback Request Window
To qualify, the customer must submit a return request to Iron & Blossom within 60 calendar days of carrier-confirmed delivery of the opening wholesale order to the original delivery address.
All returns require prior written authorization from Iron & Blossom. Returns sent without authorization may be refused or rejected.
3. How to Request a Return
To request authorization, email sales@ironandblossom.com and include:
- Business name and account email
- Order number
- SKU numbers and quantities requested for return
- Reason for return
- Photos of the products and cartons upon request
If approved, Iron & Blossom will provide return instructions. Approved returns must be shipped within the time period stated in the authorization.
4. Product Condition Requirements
To be eligible for buyback, all returned products must be:
- Unused, uninstalled, and unsold
- In original condition
- Free from damage, wear, scratches, dents, chips, rust, corrosion, odor, sticker residue, price labels, store labels, writing, markings, or alterations
- Returned with all original hang tags, labels, inserts, hardware, and packaging materials intact, where applicable
- Returned in the original packaging and original wholesale shipping boxes/cartons
5. Original Box Requirement
Opened and previously released boxes are acceptable only if the products are returned in the same original wholesale shipping boxes/cartons in good condition.
If products are returned in non-original boxes, replacement cartons, or repacked packaging, Iron & Blossom may accept the return in its sole discretion and assess a 20% restocking fee.
Returns that arrive poorly packed, inadequately protected, or inconsistently packed may be rejected or may be subject to additional deductions if damage occurs in transit.
6. Case Packs and Quantity Requirements
Products must be returned in their original case-pack quantities and SKU groupings. Mixed cartons, incomplete case packs, missing parts, or incomplete packaging may result in rejection, partial approval, or additional deductions.
7. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for all return shipping, freight, insurance, handling, and related costs.
All approved returns must be shipped prepaid. Iron & Blossom will not accept freight collect shipments, COD shipments, or refused deliveries as returns.
Risk of loss and damage remains with the customer until the returned goods are delivered to and accepted by Iron & Blossom.
8. Inspection and Approval
All returned merchandise is subject to inspection upon receipt.
Iron & Blossom reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to approve, partially approve, reject, or adjust any return or refund request based on product condition, packaging condition, compliance with these terms, and any signs of damage, use, mishandling, or abuse.
Iron & Blossom’s inspection findings and return determinations are final.
9. Refund Amount
If a return is approved, Iron & Blossom will refund only the approved merchandise value of the returned goods.
The following are non-refundable:
- Original outbound shipping and freight charges
- Accessorial charges
- Duties, taxes, and customs-related charges
- Rush charges, administrative fees, and similar non-merchandise charges
- Any amounts deducted for restocking, repacking, damage, or non-compliance
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless Iron & Blossom elects to issue store credit.
10. Exclusions
This buyback guarantee does not cover:
- Damaged, defective, missing, short-shipped, or incorrect items, which must be reported under Iron & Blossom’s applicable shipping and claims policy
- Custom, made-to-order, OEM, private-label, seasonal, clearance, closeout, sample, display, or discontinued merchandise
- Products that have been used, installed, relabeled, repriced, stickered, handled excessively, or returned in non-compliant condition
- Returns submitted after the 60-day request period
- Returns shipped without prior written authorization
11. Right of Refusal
Iron & Blossom reserves the right to refuse any return, in whole or in part, if the return does not strictly comply with these terms or if Iron & Blossom determines that the request is abusive, fraudulent, repetitive, inconsistent with the one-time nature of this program, or otherwise outside the intended scope of this guarantee.
12. Program Intent
This is a limited, one-time opening order buyback program for first-time direct wholesale customers. It is not a general wholesale return policy and does not change the final-sale nature of wholesale purchases except as expressly stated here.
13. Changes to This Program
Iron & Blossom may modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time for future orders. Any eligible order placed before a change takes effect will be governed by the version in effect on the date the order was placed.
